My therapy style is relationship focused, down to earth and adapts to meet your needs and goals. You will find I offer genuine curiosity and care, warmth, careful listening and continuous support for your wellbeing.
I am not a ‘blank slate’ therapist—I am expressive, may curse at times, enjoy a good laugh while simultaneously exploring deep topics and am above all, curious about you! All parts that make you, you.
I draw on a variety of modalities including (but not limited to) Trauma Informed, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Mindfulness, Strengths based, Polyvagal and body based approaches. Depending on your hopes for therapy and what approaches you connect with, together we will find the right modality for you, your needs and your goals.
I have experience working with unresolved childhood trauma as well as post secondary stressors. I enjoy working with young adults (ages 18-29), adults, all genders and those ready to get curious about themselves and their experience. During our time together, you are the expert on you and your lived experience-I provide the space for innate healing to occur.
