Services

I offer individual therapy services to young adults/adults (18+) living in the province of Manitoba, Canada.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length and cost $125/hr.
I do not offer direct billing but will gladly provide you with a receipt for services.

As a registered social worker (#5116), my services are covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your provider prior to booking your session.

In person sessions are held at either 1476 Portage avenue or virtually from the comfort of your own home.
For virtual sessions, I use a secure, online platform called doxy.me.
